Hybrid Training Program

HYBRID TRAINING

Not everyone can train directly with us here in the gym each day.

If you have a gym membership, your own home gym, and/or live outside of Chandler this program is for you. Visit with us quarterly for 1-2 days to perform evaluations, review your program, and work on your technique. We'll discuss new training goals and design a new program specifically for you every 12 weeks. 

Local Clients: Check-in with us every 3 weeks here in the gym and review your training updates!

NUTRITION COACHING

When you work with us with our nutrition coaching program, our primary role is to offer nutrition education, advice, and accountability as you work toward improving your health. Adding a personalized nutrition plan and habit tracker helps keep you on track week to week. Simple planning, easy to follow instructions, and flexible so you can enjoy the process and not feel restricted. 

MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Dig deep into your goals and work with us to improve your training, nutrition, and lifestyle. Imagine having a “Play Book” to help you overcome your obstacles and attack each day with a “Game Plan”  built for success. Each week we set a check-in call to help keep you on track and review the previous weeks results and set priorities for the week ahead.

Your training gets delivered via smartphone application, complete with progress tracking and messaging support throughout the program.

This program will include the following:

1 Hour Consultation
