SHIPPING & RETURNS

We process and ship orders the same day if your order was placed Monday-Friday before 12:00PM PST. Orders placed after 12:00PM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders will be processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays).

During checkout we will show you the cost, estimated delivery time, and for international shipments we will also show you taxes and duties. 

US SHIPPING METHODS

As we grow, we will continue to improve our shipping rates and options. We value your business and have done our best to provide solid rates for you right from our launch! 

For Contiguous US (Lower 48 States):

  • At check-out we will show you the cheapest, the fastest and the best value for the cost. We will also show you estimated arrival time and any additional taxes (taxes apply to the state of California). 

For Non-Contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico):

  • USPS and FedEx are used for the Non-Contguous US. Please note that Remote Area Surcharges may apply.



SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary between carriers. You will see an estimated ship time during checkout.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can also login to your account to view the status of your order.

RETURNS

We guarantee the quality of all of our products. We ask that you notify us of problems within 15 days of the receipt of your order. Returned, unopened products are subject to a restocking fee.

We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.

Downloadable products are non-refundable as you receive the product upon purchase.
