With all of the new followers around here lately it’s time for a quick (re)introduction. We are Sal & Michele Alosi and we are the proud owners of Fortitude Gym HQ in Chandler, Arizona. We have been in the Valley since 2020, but you may not know much about us. But we’re glad you're here this because we are a lot different than anything else out there.
Sal is a strength coach & personal trainer. Michele works a lot of the admin and helps with our nutrition coaching services. We help motivated men & women become leaner, faster, stronger, & more powerful. Sometimes we help them lose weight. Sometimes we help them build some muscle. Sometimes we help them get regain their fitness. Most of the time it’s a combination of all of these components.
We leverage over 20 years of coaching experience at the professional level to help our clients reach their goals using 12 week transformational programs focusing on strength training, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching in our private boutique gym in Chandler, Arizona.
Our training environment is perfect for clients looking for individual attention without the distraction and stress of joining a big box gym, or the training environment associated with all the generic group fitness gyms around town.
With our remote coaching services and smart phone app, we help athletes and clients all over the world reach their health & fitness goals.
On the youth side, we teach the fundamentals of strength & conditioning, to build the foundation for long-term athletic development. We don’t copy college or professional programs. We utilize age appropriate movements and methods, specific for the training maturity of our athletes.
When we first left athletics and started our personal training business, we focused completely on delivering training programs, but quickly realized that we weren’t having the same results as we did with our team sport athletes. After doing a deep dive, we realized that the missing link was that we were not dialing in the other 23 hours of the day in our current setting, the same way I mentored my athletes off the field in my other coaching stops. Once we introduced our nutrition coaching and mentorship programs, our results sky-rocketed.
With our mentorship programs, we build a “Play Book” to help our clients overcome your obstacles and attack each day with a “Game Plan” built for success. We meet each week to review the previous week to celebrate wins, and make in-game adjustments, focusing on actions for the following week.

Strength Training programs that are individualized for every client. We do a thorough evaluation prior to training and design time efficient training programs that are directed at your specific goals. We do not work out. We train. With intent and purpose.
Nutrition Coaching programs that are simple to follow and flexible. We focus on teaching habit based strategies that our clients will follow for the rest of their lives. We do not encourage detoxes, crash diets, or fads. We meet you where you’re at and coach you to success.
Lifestyle coaching that addresses sleep, recovery, and mindfulness. Maximizing the other 23 hours of the day, outside of the gym, the same way I mentored my team sport athletes. We have learned a lot of lessons along the way, and we love sharing our experience and knowledge with our current clients.
