The Fortitude Personal Training Process Includes:
Step 1- Consultation:
We will meet together to learn about you and discuss your needs. We will review your training and medical / injury history along with short term and long term goals. We'll also answer any questions you may have about the training, pricing, and the program.
Step 2- Evaluation:
We will evaluate you in a series of movements that will help us design your training program. Our evaluation will give us information about your flexibility, mobility, strength, and possible asymmetries between your right and left side.
Step 3- Custom Program Design:
We will use the information from our consultation (your goals, training experience, and injury history) and the evaluation to design your custom training program. .
Step 4- Start Training:
We will schedule our training with you and get to work!
