Long term athletic development begins with establishing a good foundation and general work capacity, while focusing on strength training fundamentals. Finding a coach & a training program designed specifically for a young athlete can be challenging. Most parents make the mistake of not having a well thought out plan, and using programs more suited for adults when introducing their kids to strength training.
