Education & Support: We don’t just hand you a plan — we teach you how to make it work long-term. You’ll learn about macros, hydration, fueling around workouts, recovery nutrition, habit building.

Accountability & Adjustments: Through regular check-ins, we monitor progress, adjust as needed, and help you navigate real-life challenges (travel, busy weeks, family, etc.).
